“When I click on redeem now it takes me to Apple Music and say “an error has occurred” and then have a “try again” button I press it but still the same. How I get my trial ? Please help”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Trust me, it tricked me also. What to do: Hold down the “redeem now” button and a bubble with a url will appear. Copy that url then open in safari. Now you will see the redemption. It will ask you to sign in with iTunes. Then you have your 6 months. Btw..before I did this I called bb support/put on hold for 37 mins. Stayed on the line for another 12 mins/ put on hold for 5 more mins. Only to be told code was already activated (which it wasn’t) then to call Apple support. Fun, right?
