I got the link to the redeem it in my email but when i click on it it brings me to the apple music app and say “an error occur, please try again” What do I do, someone please help! null

Hey Kenny I was having the same issue and I figured it out! In your email on your phone, press and hold the redeem now until you get an option to copy the link, then open up safari and copy the link into the URL box, hit go and it should work without issues, worked for me!
