A:AnswerYou probably need to get your own unique code, as it has to be sent to your email. If someone else got the code (and each person can only get one), that would invalidate their code, if you were to use it. You can make a best buy account, purchase the item for free, and get it emailed to you, it's fairly easy.
A:AnswerDid you checkout as a guest ? If so then there’s no way on changing the email the only thing they can do is provide you with the tracking number to locate the item. Your best option is to call customer service I’m sure they’ll be able to locate using your credit card number.
