Settings in apple music, subscription, cancel subscription. If not available, contact Apple Support, not Best Buy

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to your subscriptions on your phone once you see it click cancel and once you cancel you can not go back and play your music unless you purchase it for the price it’s being offered.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go into your settings on whatever Apple device you are using, then hit your Apple ID at the top and go to subscriptions. You should be able to cancel there and if I’m not mistaken you will still be able to use it until the free time runs out. Hope this helps :)
