• Scroll to the bottom of the page in your App Store to where it says "redeem". Copy and paste the code you received in the email. Your free trial should be automatically uploaded.

• I had this same issue. The link they send in the email is Apple.news. Change news to com and it’ll take you to the App Store where you can enter the code.
