• Call customer service if you did not receive the code. I asked if I didn’t receive it was because I didn’t order anything(although I did just buy am apple watch the same week, the offer wasn’t present—-I didn’t tell them this ). They needed to confirm the order number and was able to send me an email with a code.

• Hi, in this case there is no need to purchase anything in the front end. someone can either buy an eligible hardware product, OR be a MyBestBuy member and get this.
