- Answer YouTube changes their policies on a whim . I recently purchased an item that was supposed to come with 3 months of free youtube premium . When I went to redeem the code , it only came back with 1 month . When I called to fix the problem , the call center is in India or something . They basically said , oh well . Sorry . So - false advertising on Best Buy’s behalf . Buyer beware .
