• I have only tried shredding cabbage once, and it worked well. Shredding potatoes for hash brown should work even better, as the potatoes should fit into the feeding bowl without chopping it into chunks first.

• This works very well for potatoes. We did our New Year scalloped potatoes. Easy to use. Quick and cleanup a breeze.
