“My mother and I had just bought this ice maker around May 21st, this year(2021), I believe. The ice maker no longer works? It runs but no ice is made. The metal spools are room temperature. I'm not sure what to do. What do I do?”

JuJudy - Sorry this is not a answer just the same problem. We purchased this ice maker July 2020, loved it, but ran into the same issue as you and your Mom, it stopped making ice February 2021. Called the hotline and they were great, sent them pictures, videos, cut the cord, removed labels and they sent us another machine March 2021. Worked great, but now have the same problem, stopped making ice August 2021. We love the ice maker but what good is it, if it doesn't last.
