QuestionIs the back of this refrigerator completely closed in? Some of the pictures show it with an opening at the bottom of the back with exposed coils and wires.

QuestionThe manual says it needs almost 4 inches of clearance on top. Does that mean that I can't place a microwave or other items on top of it? Or is it ok as long as the area above the back of the refrigerator is clear?

QuestionWhat happens to the water in the drain pan during defrost. I see it says immovable. Where does the water go? How do you empty it or does it evaporate?

- Answer It is immovable because defrost doesn't work and water doesn't accumulate. It forms thick ice inside the back panel and everything goes to garbage after that.
