“We've had ours 3.5 months. Drinks touching the left side froze @ 33 & 34 degrees. It is already due for its 3rd defrosting. By that I mean "de-icing". Each time I've increased the cooler's temp & it continues to happen at 36 degrees. Help.”

Hello, RyanV. Thanks for reaching out to us. To keep the unit from freezing up, avoid placing cans in front of the vents where the coldest air is exiting.
