We're really pleased with the refrigerator - it has a great storage layout and, for it's external size, it is very roomy. But the (3rd party) delivery and "installation" process was a total nightmare and so bad that we won't buy from Best Buy again. If you can find this unit elsewhere for a similar price then go for it - even if you have to pay for competent delivery and installation.
