Good Afternoon Zlake6000! Different factors can come into play when closing the fresh food door opens the freezer door. How much is stored in your freezer? Remember, when the fresh food door is closed warm air is being pushed throughout the refrigerator (FFTR1814QB). This may cause the door to open if there is open space in the freezer.
