Hi Lk. Thank you for your question regarding your Frigidaire refrigerator model FFTR1835VB. To adjust the shelves, first remove any items from the shelf. Gently lift the front edge of the shelf upward and pull it forward until it clears the shelf supports. Once removed, you can place the shelf back into a different set of support slots at your desired height. After positioning it, make sure the shelf is fully seated and level on both sides before placing items back on it.
