Heya, this unit I bought recently, - few tips. It takes a couple hours to get to temp. The readouts serve as what you set each zone to, but their main function is telling the temperature inside each zone. If you set for 57/50 respectively, let it blink, it will remember. Then it will show current temp and it will fall as It cools. Also if you leave the door open it will go up, but quickly adjust back.
