A:AnswerI also have Frigidaire model lfwc18t6lb that started making a beeping noise... I tried to unplug it but was unsuccessful in recovery... I found a YouTube video that literally saved me MONEY!!! I did not have to buy any new parts or purchase a new wine cooler.... However, I also did not have any previous problems within the 7 years I have owned it... I HIGHLY recommend trying the solution I located on YouTube: https://youtu.be/y2MBaAf1iSs.
I hope if there is anyone who has had this similar issue with their Frigidaire that they give the above link a view and attempt its process before purchasing any new parts or replacing their wine cooler.
Thanks!
A:AnswerThis unit does have a slight buzz to it. The cooling mechanism is what does this. I have two different units (18 and 8 bottle) and they both have the same nose to them. I have gotten used to it and seldom hear it anymore.
A:AnswerThey do fit; however, if you don't remove a shelf, then you really should only use the top or bottom for the 1.5 litre bottles. Best to use the 750 ml. bottles with this one.
A:AnswerHey Wino! We have reviewed the wine cooler FFWC18B2RB and it does not appear to have an on/off button. Hopefully this information is helpful to your shopping experience. –Thanks!-
A:AnswerHello Radar! In order for the shelves on the wine cooler to slide out fully you would need to have the door opened further than 90 degrees. Hopefully this information is helpful to you as you shop for the perfect wine cooler. –Thanks!-
A:AnswerI wouldn't imagine so unless there was enough air-flow behind the unit. I had cut some of the air off to the rear of my cooler by keeping it pressed up against the wall and then staking boxes on top of the cooler and it had a hard time maintaining a cool temperature.
