QuestionI've had this cooler for about 4 years. It stopped cooling about 6 months ago. I air dusted the circuit boards and plugged it back in and began cooling again. A few days later it stopped cooling. Any idea what's going on?

QuestionThe bottom temp control will not keep the desired setting. Top seems to be okay. Maybe it’s user error but I don’t think so.

QuestionModel FFWC18L2QB: Are the control panel buttons for "Select", "Top", "Bottom", "Light", and the arrows for adjusting the temperature supposed to light up? The only lights on the front of the door are the temperature indicators for two compartments.

QuestionFirst time user. My unit is only showing 88 degrees and it’s been plugged for over 24 hrs and not changing the temperature. Is there anything I need to do other than plug it in. Does the unit has a power on/off button? None of th arrows work or change

QuestionI love this wine cooler but recently, the lower fan is making a terribly loud noise. How can I get a replacement fan? I know it’s the fan because I can stop just that fan, noise stops. No support on Frigidaire’s site for this model.

- Answer Mine only beeps when I open the door. Sounds like yours is malfunctioning. Try unplugging it for a couple minutes. If that doesn't work, you may need to return it.
