Yes the condensation from the thermoelectric elements will drain to the bottom. There is a drain hole in the bottom allows this condensate to drain through the bottom of the fridge cavity info a plastic evaporation pan on the bottom of the unit. If the fridge isn't level or the drain hole is blocked, the water will accumulate and not drain out like it's supposed to. You will notice more drainage the more humid it is especially if you open the door often.

Wipe down any condensation out of bottom of unit and inside door and inside walls. Maybe you put a sweating bottle or something, but it shouldn't have much condensation buildup that fast
