QuestionWhy shouldn’t this be used in the garage? Our old Frigidaire upright freezer is in our garage. It worked well for 13 years but seems to have failed, unfortunately filled with food..,, And where are your upright freezers currently available in southern CA

QuestionCan the door of this unit, FFFU20F2VW come completely off. (Wiring would need to sort of clip). My basement stairs is only 26" wide. If the door comes off completely, will the Unit without the door, fit? I understand total Depth is 281/4 with Door.
