“FFFH20F2QW has holes for 2 more shelves. How do you remove a shelf in order to move it? I removed the grommet from one of the shelves, but the shelf wouldn't budge.”

Hi Mackie! Thank you for your inquiry. You should be able to push the shelves to the left or right side and lift from the opposite side to remove them. If this does not work, please contact us directly at your convenience. -CiCi
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After removing the grommet, slide the shelf sideways. It will go far enough in one direction to be able to lift that end of the shelf and remove it.
