I choose this freezer because of the price point (on sale for little under $600) and how well laid it was. I'm able to fit MANY more items in this freezer vs my old freezer, despite the old one being only .1 cubic feet smaller. My old one had a plastic basket on the bottom shelf that was always a pain and eventually was so encased in ice that it was unable to be removed. Each shelf in this new freezer is flat, which is the biggest reason I choose this freezer. Lot of other freezers have shelves in the door that just seem to make sense or are otherwise awkwardly placed. The shelves are also fully rounded, which is great as my old freezer had gaps that items constantly fell through onto the floor. The light is also brighter and located in a more central location compared to my old freezer, so it's easier to see what I have on hand and pull out items.

Freezer so far works great. My only complaint is it is hard to open the freezer door. I understand why it's like that due to the seal seems when you close the door there is something that sucks the air out so it seals really good, but everytime we try to open the door the whole freezer slides before the door opens. Other than that the freezer has lots of room. I wish it had 1 more shelf maybe I will see if I can order one. It is quieter than our old freezer I just hope it lasts as long.

This freezer replaced a very old freezer. It's much larger, frost free and energy efficient. It only uses a fraction of the electricity the old freezer used. Love it!

I have two of these freezers in my pet food store. They are truly workhorses, and I count on them to keep thousands of dollars worth of frozen raw dog food fresh and freezer-burn free. One is 5 years old, and has been problem free. I purchased a second one last year, and it's equally solid.

Purchased 01/2016; great freezer. Fast forward to 01/2019; completely busted bottom in the freezer itself; lost over 1,500.00 worth of food. Of course extended warranty did not cover the freezer nor the food. I understand it has been three years, but seriously give me a break here. I will never buy a Frigidaire product ever again.

The upright freezer is exactly as big as it says. It may have been a bit taller than I expected, but it met the dimensions and the higher shelves are nice (we have plenty of space where we have the freezer). The door seal is very strong and it is obvious the door is closed or not. This is a vast improvement over the freezer it replaced (we had thaw problems with the kids didn't close it all the way. Cold - this freezer can keep your meat, icecream very frozen - rock hard. Just adjust the setting to what you want. The freezer has a very clean appearance, not fancy, just neat and very white. It is larger than our older one but also ORGANIZES our food better with the deeper door slots. And, it isn't so deep you lose track of something for years in the back. The tray on the bottom ensures there is no frost build up by allowing the air to circulate. Definitely would recommend this brand and these features.

I was very happy with this purchase. I bought this to replace my old upright freezer and couldn't be more happy. It's very quite, has a light on the front bottom that lets you know if the power is on (A huge plus in my book) Very cold, and a great vacuum seal when you close the door, letting you know your food will be kept sealed and frozen at all times. You can hear it sealing! Has sturdy adjustable shelves to fit your needs. Deep storage space for those larger boxes you get from the grocery store. I couldn't ask for anything better. If this freezer every needed replacing I know where and what to buy. I would buy this freezer over and over. Thanks Best Buy!

Lightweight, bright lights, Lots of storage space. This freezer was able to hold more than I thought it would. The standard shelving options are great, but they are fully customizable for people who want to change things up. Freezes the food quickly. A few months later - still frost free.

Lots of room on the inside and good use of space. Freezer gets very cold and quick. The LED lighting is a must have and the door seals extremely well. Maybe to well as its a little hard to open but I'm not complaining as I have a good sense of mind knowing it seals good.

Had this delivered. Guys were GREAT & took extra care bringing it in. Great help with first freezer as it was dented when they opened the box. Offered information & phone # for compensation or exchange. Even brought out second freezer. And they remembered us!! Freezer is bigger than thought it would be! But that's great as food doesn't get "lost" or forgotten. LOVE that it doesn't get any frost build up!!!! It is louder than my old one but it's not a problem as it sits in our utility room where we keep the door close most of the time. Do need to use 2 hands to open it. One hand to use fingers to wedge at seal & other to pull door. But no biggie as I like that is seals s well. Can hear the seal activation as soon as door is closed. LOVE my new freezer!!!!

Had been looking for an upright freezer for some time and compared quite a few different brands and sizes. This freezer is solid. The door shuts firmly and once it's closed, you can hear the interior sealing itself. It holds ALOT of items. The interior light is very bright and illuminates the entire interior, even below the bottom shelf. There is ample room among the six door shelves too. The whole buying experience was great too! Best Buy had it on display for us to check out and the sales rep helped us immediately so we were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. Delivery was on time as scheduled and installation was quick. The best part was that it was on sale and the sale price was the lowest among the major stores that carried it!

It was just like other reviewer said lot of room the light is excellent the shelves are perfect a lot bigger than expected but that's a plus

very spacious inside, gets very cold and stays cold despite being on a hot/humid 3 season porch. It keeps things so cold, it's not good for storing ice cream you want to eat soon. best buy employee helped me pick it out. hopefully will last longer than the worthless gladiator it replaced.

I like the storage space and it's keeping the temp at a consistent 10 degrees, where I decided to set it. My only complaint would be that it is noisy. Each time it starts up, you can hear it in the other room.

I when from 8cu to 20cu cause I needed a little more space sure am glad I did this freezer is better than I expected.it has a bright light when you open door very easy to find item your looking for and is quiet and has a green light that means everything is working fine . Very impressed nice freezer

I love this freezer. It's absolutely HUGE! Plenty of room for everything, well lit, cold, and frost-free. Gone are the days of bending over into a chest freezer. Plus, all the storage in the door is perfect for organizing individually packaged portions of meat.

This freezer has more room inside than my last Frigidaire which lasted through more than 20 years. The LED light is so bright that even items on the bottom shelf are easily seen. Shelves can be adjusted for height. The reason that I gave it four stars is that it is noisier than my last freezer. I can hear a steady, low hum in the room that backs the garage wall when the condenser kicks in. I would hesitate to put it inside a kitchen. Still, it holds a huge amount of food that can be easily seen so it fits our requirements. I'm glad that I purchased it.
