Hi, Eileen! Ice can form on the top of the door and in the freezer, if the door is not sealing properly. . Ensuring that the door is sealing properly and the vents are not blocked can prevent any frost/freezing matters, as blocking the vent can restrict the airflow preventing it from cooling as designed.
