Questionwould this be good for a garage - for extreme temp changes - very cold winters

- Answer Hi Paddy. If you install your refrigerator in a garage or other unheated area, you may experience freezer temperature problems during the winter months when temperatures dip below 50°F (10°C). If your unit is in a garage or area where the temperature is below 50°F (10˚ C), adjust the freezer control to the coldest setting to improve performance. ~ Christy

QuestionThe refrigerator keeps rolling out of place. Is there a lock on the bottom to hold it in place. The delivery guys did not see one when they delivered it and left it like that.

- Answer Hi, Alice! Yes, the shelves are removable for cleaning. Just remember to wash the shelves in cool water or wait for them to return to room temperature before putting them in warm water. Sudden temperature changes may weaken the glass. ~Ashton

QuestionShouldn't top freezer be 0 degrees or less? Mine registers at 5 degrees after 10 hours of non-use/doors closed.

- Answer We are happy to assist with your inquiry. The factory suggested acceptable operating temperatures for the refrigerator are 33° to 47° and for the freezer is -6° to 6°. Note that adjusting the refrigerator control will change temperatures in both compartments. The auxiliary freezer control can be left at the factory pre-set (mid position) or adjusted as desired; it does not affect the electrical power to the refrigerator. Lastly, to maintain temperatures, a fan circulates air in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. For good circulation, do not block cold air vents with food items.
