Update on my question. I called for an assessment from fridgitaire. I learned from repair guy - the unit was damaged on delivery which apparently broke a compressor (?) and oil was leaking on the floor per repair guy. The repair guy from Electrolux was awesome. Service outstanding. The part was sent to my house after his assessment which took about four days. He then came back to repair within a week and all appears to be working. It’s only been a couple of days since repair but so far so good. The fridge is cold and freezer is freezing food.

Maybe it's new on Best Buy (as in they're just now carrying it?). Also, I see references (by another) about the ice maker, when this model is listed as having no ice maker. In some cases, I guess you just have to see to believe, and everyone -- fortunately -- does not have the same experience.

This was included with the purchase of my house 5 years ago and I have had issues with it since and am finally looking for a new once sine the freezer is no longer freezing after leaking water for 5 years. I was really disappointed as I trusted this brand.
