Yes it has 2 different temp controls. One on the fridge compartment and one on the back of the freezer.

This top freezer model has a separate temp controls for the freezer and for the fridge compartments, Adjusting the refrigerator control will change temperatures in both compartments. The freezer control can be left at the factory preset (*Recommended) or adjusted as desired.
