• A:Answer Check the "fit" of the machine into the cabinet opening, I had to adjust it a couple times to get it right, since there isn't a 'handle,' but rather a slot, it needs to protrude a little so that you can ensure you close the door all the way by pushing it into place - I don't like it any more than you do - I'd go as far as saying a design flaw.

• A:Answer You can install it either way. It just has wiring terminals in the bottom that you can wire with either Romex or a plug that comes with most "Dishwasher instillation kits" that you'll need to buy separate.

Q: QuestionIt's not washing properly. I used a descaler just in case of lime build-up. There's also a basket on the bottom of the washer where water drains out. Can it be removed to see if it's clogged? It's under the sprayer. (I tried but couldn't get it out)
