Hi there, DR! In the Frigidaire 24" Front Control Built-In Dishwasher (Energy Saver Dry, 62 dBA) manual, the small lever/slider at the bottom front inside the tub is part of the: - Rinse Aid Dispenser adjustment mechanism (fill/dispense control) What it does: - It controls how much rinse aid is released during the rinse cycle - You can increase or decrease the amount of rinse aid depending on: - Water hardness - Drying performance (spots vs. better drying) Higher setting → more rinse aid released (better drying, fewer water spots, but uses more liquid) Lower setting → less rinse aid released (saves rinse aid, but may increase spotting or slower drying) The lever adjusts how much rinse aid is dispensed during the wash cycle to improve drying and reduce water spots. - Maico
