Let’s check a few things, Fluffy. Start by making sure there is a water filter in place and it is not cracked or frozen. You will also need to make sure your filter is not too old. We recommend replacing your water filter every 4 to 6 months, depending on usage. Make sure your ice maker is turned on and that your refrigerator and freezer are not too warm.
