“I just got model FFSS2615TS and it seems to be making ice very slow and the water comes out slow too and even sputters. Is it because it is new? Also, what is an ideal frezzer temp for this model? Thanks in advance”

Hi, Vero0313! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your dispenser. Please check your water pressure. You will need to prime the water supply after installing the water filter by filling a glass of water continuously flushing the system for about four minutes. Any spurts and sputters that occur as the system purges air out of the dispenser system are normal.
