Is the refrigerator fingerprint resistant? null

No it’s not... every day wipe down before bedtime..

Fingerprints, mostly, but water streaks, no. Spill a little water out of the dispenser and it's going to be there until you get the stainless steel polish out. Just wiping it down quickly isn't good enough!

To a certain extent yes but still needs to be wipe down periodically
