Hello! That is unusual; any condensate collected during the cooling process should evaporate naturally from the heat of the compressor. If your refrigerator runs warm or not as often, try adjusting it to a colder setting to encourage the compressor to run and evaporate the excess! If the puddles continue to appear, there may be a leak from elsewhere. Try checking the water line to the ice maker for any damage or loose connections! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you haven’t already, check to make sure that the leak isn’t coming from the water in line that connects in the back. Other than that the only other way it could be leaking is from the back in line to the door water/ice dispenser.
