• We've had no problems with beverage temperatures regardless of keeping them on high shelves, low shelves, door shelves. Temperature control seems good.

• Don't know. We purchased it primarily to store frozen items and it does that job just fine.

• Yes,,, you can set it even lower.. my fridge is in the garage and had to set it to do down lower.
