Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This refrigerator does come with a manual. Nothing major though, four pages or so if I remember without having to check. There is no “reset” button that I am aware of, but it does mention not to use an extension cord, and maybe that is why you are experiencing the appliance not working properly (I know the cord is pretty short, they all are..). I personally plan on returning mine soon for other reasons, such as there not being a light inside, no outside handle, with the exception of the “lip” on top to open and close it (I do not care if it looks “cool” as they say the reason for this is..). I believe it was just to save money on an extra part, but I am constantly grabbing for a handle that is not there, haha. I also feel that it is a little too small and thin on the inside. It just wasn’t what I was looking for and the ice box is also way too small. Anyway, try plugging the fridge into an outlet all by itself, using a different outlet, or testing it through a surge protector. One pro to this appliance is that it is pretty quiet, so maybe wait a little while after plugging it in before concluding that it is no good. You can also adjust the temperature knob on the inside. This would all be my advice. If none of these suggestions work, and you don’t hear the compressor at all, after a few minutes, then assume that it is defective and just return it.
