“One of the wires on the back came wrapped in white material with zip ties. Should this be removed? or does it say on?”

• Hi, Collegebound! The only free wire should be the electrical cord, which may be zip-tied for easy shipping. This can be removed to allow the cord to extend to its full length to plug into the wall. ~Ashton

• I didn’t do anything when I took mine out if the box. I just plugged it in. However I left 4-5 inches of space from the wall so the motor can vent.
