Q: Questionthis model (FFLG3911QW) does not have a dispenser for the fabric softener. also there is no buzzer/tone when the last rinse is pending. so, can anyone tell me approximately how many minutes into the 1 hour cycle the last rinse is?

Q: QuestionRe: softener question. How do I add without knowing when the rinse cycle is ready. Why did you remove the softener cup? I don't use bleach cups. How do I avoid overloading? Is there a max level line? After 20yrs, it's hard getting used to new units.

- A:Answer Hi LadyV! Typically, changes are made to due to listening to our consumers wants and needs. If your washer does not have a fabric soft dispenser, you are able to you are able to add diluted fabric softener to the final rinse following the fabric softener label directions. You are able to locate this information is listed in the Use and Care Guide on pages 6 and 7. Following the softener's label directions, will prevent any overloading and provide the max line level.
