Hello Valued Customer, If the unit is running and not cooling verify the mode is set for “Cool” and the selected set point is below room temperature. Unit may have a 3 minute delay to protect the compressor before starting. If still no cool after waiting 3 minutes, refer to the unit’s warranty page. -Yhano
