I received mine today and noticed the same thing. Bestbuy's website is FALSE and I doubt they will correct it as it attracts more buyers. The SF for this particular product is 250, like the manufacturer says it is, not 450. I can get a less expensive AC unit for 250 SF, but I am probably just going to keep this one because it has the ionizer.

Let’s clarify the specifications for the Frigidaire 3-in-1 Connected Portable Room Air Conditioner. Here are the details: Cooling Capacity (BTU): The ASHRAE cooling capacity is 12,000 BTU. The DOE cooling capacity is 8,000 BTU. Coverage Area: The specification sheet indicates that it can cool an area of up to 450 square feet. However, the box mentions a coverage area of 250 square feet. Additional Features: The air conditioner is Wi-Fi connected, allowing you to control it remotely via the Frigidaire app. It has a programmable 24-hour on/off timer for customized scheduling. The compact, portable design with caster wheels makes it easy to move from room to room. Regarding the price, it’s essential to consider the cooling capacity and features. If the unit meets your needs for a larger area, the cost may be justified. However, I recommend reaching out to the retailer or Frigidaire directly via Live Chat at www.frigidaire.com or call us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, for further clarification on the discrepancy between the specification sheet and the box labeling. I hope this helps! - Owen
