“Are there any other suitable locations for the electrical junction box to be located other than in the upper cabinet? My current installation has the box located in the rear wall cavity located 28" up off opening floor and 20" from right side.”

Hi Doug! Thanks for dropping by. For your Frigidaire FCWM3027AB microwave, the electrical junction box (or outlet box) should generally be in the upper cabinet above the microwave, but it can also be in an adjacent cabinet if space is tight, as long as the supply cable has enough slack for servicing and meets electrical codes. - Patrick
