• I can't answer the CFM, but it vents out the top, your choice if you use the rectangle or 7" circular. It does not come with a plug kit, you would need to either hard wire or attach your own plug

• Hello EAP! When the range hood FHWC3025MS has been installed it will exhaust up to 220 CFM’s. Any venting questions can be reviewed within the installation manual. This range hood is only designed to be installed as hardwiring. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-
