QuestionCan cast iron or coated cast iron cookware be used with this range?I've been told that coated cast iron can be used with some smooth top stoves.

- Answer We don't recommend using any type of cast iron cookware, even though the coating can reduce the chance of scratching the surface, it is still more likely to leave marks than standard cookware. Thank You, Frigidaire

QuestionWhat is the best way to bake macaron in this oven ? I baked macaron many many times in whirlpool electric oven and the result was amazing . But when I baked macaron in Frigidaire electric oven the result was extremely disappointed!!

- Answer Hey Pete! The drawer can be removed from the range FFEF3018LB, in order to do so you will need to pull out the drawer and then pull up on the front of it. Hopefully this information is helpful to you. –Thanks!-

- Answer Hello Bangannow! We can help provide you with instructions on how to operate the self-cleaning feature inside of the range FFEF3018LB. You need to assure that your range displays the correct time of day. Press start time and “:” will display, then press and hold the up arrow to scroll to the time you would like to start self-clean. Release the button and then press clean, you will see “---“. Then press the up or down arrow for a two or three hour self-clean process. “CLn” will then show up on your display and the door should lock. QuestionDoes the oven door close tightly.I have this same model that I bought about 7 years ago. I cannot remember if it did this when I first bought it, but when I close the oven door now, it does not close flush against the rest of the front of the oven. The heat stays in, but it does not seem to close all the way. Is this what should be happening? Is this the way this new model works also? Can anyone tell me if the oven door should not close all the way?
