QuestionHi there, I am very concerned. I purchased a unit from Best Buy FRSS2623AS. They sent me unit FRSS2623Aj it’s making noise. Is that normal? I did not receive a refund on my credit card for the difference and I’m concerned the unit is faulty. Very noisy.

- Answer Hi, Penny! Thank you for this inquiry. There are several possible causes for the dispenser not dispensing water. The water filter may not be seating properly or clogged. You may also ensure that the household water line valve is open. To troubleshoot the water filter, remove and reinstall it. Be sure to push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position. If it's clogged, replace the filter cartridge. Be sure to remove protective caps and push the filter firmly so that you hear it lock solidly into position. - Answer I purchased this fridge using progressive leasing. The total owed is $1079.00 and my minimum monthly payment is $199.00. There is also a 3 month same as cash option which allows you to pay the minimum payment plus any additional amount to pay off the full purchase price within 3 months of delivery/ picking up the item from the store.
