“I bought this air conditioner as Best Buy states it is for a room up to 550 square feet. The air was delivered and the box says up to 350 square feet. Which is accurate ? My room is 450 square feet.”

Your box should say it cools up to 550 square feet. This also happened to me last week. They shipped me the one that says cools up to 250 square feet instead of 550 square. I contacted Best Buy support and they had UPS come pick up my unit & fedex delivered the correct one. You also have the option of going into a Best Buy location & exchanging it out.
