Hello. Thank you for reaching out to us. Please try these basic troubleshooting guide: 1. Press the “RESET” button on the unit’s power cord. If you have a LCDI plug, which detects damage and circuit disruption, ensure it has been properly RESET the same way. 2. Ensure the unit itself is turned “ON” and that the desired FAN or COOL setting has been selected. 3. Some models will default to the ECON mode and not turn on the unit until it samples the air and calls for the compressor to work. Ensure that your unit is not on this setting unless you want it to be. 4. Adjust temperature to a relatively common setting, such as 70-75ºF (to start off with) - Maria
