“The manual says the Advance filter isn’t included. Is there a part number or a link to get the right one? Also from what I understand I shouldn’t need to drain the unit if I only use fan or cool mode and what size is the condensation tank?”

The filter recommended for this unit is FRPARAC5 (PureAir® RAC-5™ Air Conditioner Filter) and for the condensation tank size we don't have the specific dimensions per parts. We highly suggest that you can visit any local store near you to have a better view of the unit. -Jess
