“Will the freezer keep ice cream frozen ? I have a different fridge and freezer that said it does but it doesn't that's why I'm asking.”

Yes it will. You will have no problem keeping different kinds of food frozen. Including ice cream.

Yes the freezer works very well. In fact I have several frozen pizza's and Culver's custard in it right now. Frigidaire makes a very high quality appliance.

Hi, Jon! Yes, this freezer should be able to keep ice cream frozen. However, the freezing point of ice cream (typically around -3F) will depend on the sugar level. Ice creams higher in sugar will have a much lower freezing point and may not freeze solid. If this happens, we recommend adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting. ~Ashton

Yes. I've only had it for a short time, but it is keeping frozen food frozen. It replaced another small fridge that didn't have a good freezer, so it's a big improvement.
