• We are happy to assist with your inquiry, Elamap. The Use and Care Guide advises that the refrigerator must be plugged into its own dedicated 115 Volt, 60 Hz., 15 Amp, AC-only electrical outlet. Additionally, it mentions not to use an extension cord or adapter plug. We hope this helps. ~Keyanna
