A:AnswerI personally bought mine from the store and when I brought it home there were no dings or whatever damage. Unpacked it waited for the temp to be stabilize. So far we had it for 2 months now it's working.
Remember when you buy it online and get delivered it at home. Whomever they use to deliver your package does not guarantee that it would not get damage from being delivered. If you don't want the item damage best buy it directly from the store and yiu can see the packaging if it's been damage or mishandled.
When we bought it in the store they only had one in stock but the packaging has no damage whatsoever and when opened the packaging inside were intact.
In the future never buy items that big online since it will be delivered to you with some mishandling during shipping.
