Pull the unit away from the wall and listen if the compressor turns on or is running. Unplug it and wait 30 seconds, plug it back in a wait 1 min. If the the compressor does not energize then the starting ballasts on the refrigeration compressor have failed. ( they do that sometimes). If the compressor starts and runs then but there is no cooling then the system may have a Freon leak
