“Just installed this oven. First time use should you bake with nothing in oven for a little while . I remember some ovens suggest to bake to burn off any residue left by Factory . Thanks to anyone who answers.”

• I ran the self cleaning mode on mine, there was a lot to burn off. They told me something like 400 degrees for half an hour but I'm glad I did cleaning mode.

• Hi, Ed! To burn off the factory residue you should run the oven with nothing in it for about an hour on 375 degrees. -Bianca
