Hi there, find the button marked “Set Clock” (or simply “Set Clock”) or sometimes it’s done via the TIMER/Clock key. For example: one manual says “Press Set Clock once (do not hold the key down). Within about 5 seconds, use the Up / Down arrow keys (or “+” / “–” keys) to adjust the hour and minutes until the correct time appears. Release the keys and the time is accepted after a few seconds (or pressing any other key may finalize it). Note: The clock cannot be changed when the oven is actively cooking. - Jessica
